Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by AnyBookkeeping Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you, the client (“you”, “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Your Responsibilities

To ensure we can provide accurate and timely support, you agree to:

  • Provide all necessary documentation, including receipts, invoices, bank statements, and any other relevant data, in a timely manner.
  • Maintain access to your accounting software and ensure data is kept up to date.

Failure to provide the necessary information may limit the accuracy or completeness of our work.

2. Billing for Incomplete or Delayed Information

If you do not provide the necessary documentation or access in a timely manner, we will still invoice for all time worked up to the end of the previous month, regardless of whether the work is completed or delayed due to missing information.

3. Referral Program Terms

We offer a $200 gift card for successful referrals. The following conditions apply:

  • Only one referral reward per paying referee.
  • The referee must be a new client.
  • The referee’s first invoice must be greater than $100 and fully paid before the reward is issued.

4. Micro-Business Eligibility

Our micro-business rates apply to businesses averaging under $25,000 in revenue per month based on a rolling 12-month average (L12M).

  • If your L12M revenue increases by 15% or more (e.g. exceeds $28,750/month), your account will be automatically transitioned to full standard rates, and discounts will no longer apply.
  • It is your responsibility to inform us of major revenue changes, and we reserve the right to reassess your eligibility at any time.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your services at any time by emailing or calling us.
Upon cancellation:

  • An invoice will be issued for all un-invoiced work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Late or non-payment of the final invoice may result in the matter being referred to a collections agency.

6. Reporting Disclaimer

Our reports are for informational purposes only.

  • Reports include data, visualisations, and commentary based strictly on the data provided or pulled from your accounting system.
  • Reports will not contain subjective advice or recommendations.
  • We do not offer financial or business advice and are not liable for any loss arising from decisions made based on our reports.
  • All decisions remain your responsibility.

7. Data Accuracy

Our reports rely entirely on the data in your accounting system.

If the information is incorrect, outdated, or incomplete for reasons outside our control, AnyBookkeeping Pty Ltd assumes no responsibility for any misrepresentation or inaccuracy in the final reports.

8. Scope of Interaction

AnyBookkeeping’s scope of work does not extend to external third-party interaction, except for:

  • Accountants and professional advisors we deem necessary to liaise with for accurate record-keeping and compliance.

We will never:

  • Contact your clients,
  • Liaise with aged debtors,
  • Communicate with former employees,
    without your explicit permission.

Important Note:

AnyBookkeeping’s employees do not hold BAS Agent or Tax Agent registration and will never undertake activities deemed to be BAS or tax agent services under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009.
Responsibility for lodging your BAS, preparing tax returns, or undergoing any related compliance work lies strictly with your registered agent. We may assist in gathering or presenting data, but the final review, interpretation, and submission must be completed by either yourself, or your BAS / tax agent.
